Meet Your Esthetician
Carsen Hendrix
I am a Pacific Northwest (born-and-raised) esthetician with a strong passion for providing tailored skincare treatments and a specialty in acne treatment facials, eyebrow rehabilitation, and delivering the most efficient and painless Brazilian wax.
I first became a licensed esthetician in 2015 and hit the ground running. I have worked at both high end and high volume waxing salons in Portland and in that time I have seen thousands of clients for intimate waxing services.
In 2018 I became an independent contractor at Bare Beauty where I honed my craft. After 5 years there I decided it was time to start investing the time and energy I was investing in other people's businesses into my own
And thus, The Grove was born.
In my spare time you can find me in the kitchen trying to perfect my girlfriend’s family recipes, out on a walk with our dog, or paddle-boarding any one of my favorite lakes on Mount Hood (Weather permitting).
